A Brief History of Rigz

He was born with a heart murmur and spent the first years of his life in and out of the hospital and survived that, for the most part,  but it still shows itself every now and again cautioning him to pull up his bootstraps and get himself back on an even keel.  At 16 he was involved in a car accident that left him in a coma for two months, hospitalized for 18 months.  Upon returning to society the first thing he requested was his 10 speed bike.  That was the beginning of his real rehabilitation.  The hospital did it's job,  now he did the clean-up.  At 22 he dabbled in weights and then through good fortune was trained by Mr. Canada  who showed him what his body could really do and the power fitness training has over these foibles.  Even though he has little aches here and there he knows what he did wrong to develop these stys as well as other quirks of the trade which plaque others.  Even still he is comforted with having the abilities and functions of a teenager and the looks of one 15 years his junior.  Weight training and other fitness skills have played an important and irrefutable part of my rehabilitation from the old man he was at 20 to the newly formed, and well aged 47 yr. old specimen of today.

A Brief history of Migz

Michele developed herself through sheer determination, diet and excersise. At 15 she was diagnosed with arthritis and rheumatism but  refused to give in and through nutrition and exercise has managed this debilitating disease well. To top it off in her twenties she was immobilized with a slipped disk but overcame this setback again with training and self-therapy.

Coming from the UK she has lived in Singapore for 25 years and has worked in many gyms as well as run them. The last one being at Pidemco, City Impact which closed some years back and since then has been freelancing as a personal trainer for corporate and personal. Corporate companies like Honkong Shanghai Bank, Bangkok Bank and Swiss Bank have all been her clients. She has trained many corporate executives both male and female with much success and now currently has customers from the Yellow Pages, Deutsche  Bank and the list goes on.

Michele is very familiar with the local food which does not require anyone to go on a starvation diet ( it does'nt work anyway) and believes in an easy approach to helping individuals achieve their goals by teaching them how to handle eating out and coping with their stressful schedule,  yet,  being able to fit in a workout program. All personal programs are designed uniquely to suit the individual whether sedentry or atheletic.
